Join us for a 2 hour journey designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself through guided meditation, breathwork, and embodiment practices. After the experience, you'll receive an aura photo to capture the energy you're embodying and anchor into your most grounded, confident, and magnetic self.
